I've noticed you can't search by user uploads.

For example if I go to https://nyaa.pantsu.cat/user/14/- (HS) and I filter further by searching for "sakura quest", the resulting url becomes https://nyaa.pantsu.cat/search?c=_&s=0&userID=0&q=sakura+quest

I have to manually add in the userID=14

Working on that, the overall design is done, but since implementation might take a while I decided to push this one first so you at least have one that is compatible with the Pantsu db and has proper search filtering.
Hopefully next version will have an updater for both the DB and the program itself so no more checking the web for updates.

The meme cartel is called that because that's how they operate. Back in the day, they would collude with which sub groups could sub which shows. Since cartel members included both people from sub groups AND people from the main torrent tracker, this could actually be enforced by banning "new, upstarts." I remember when Mori was trying to upload his fansub of Jinsei, Herkz initially banned him and deleted the torrent because some of the subs' timing didn't "snap together." Even though the cartel-approved group which had "called" Jinsei, FFF, hadn't released an episode in something like 5 months at that point! Mori was eventually allowed to post, but Doki was banned. There are MANY other things also, like giving trusted status to groups like gg and commie who actually uploaded joke subs for half their shows, but I won't get into everything. The bottom line is that the meme cartel are bad people.

And just to add, but the only reason I wrote

Also on every submission information page, things really need to be more cohesive, everything is really out of place right now.
