UBLOCK censoring "leaked celeb pics" (and who knows what else) that it doesn't like
i just went to jenniferlawrencenudes website and noticed that when the site loaded i could see an image at the bottom for a split second then it disappeared.
i scrolled down and noticed it was all just text
so i disabled Ublock on the site and EVERYPIC showed up
when you highlight and go to manually block one of the images they all have her name in the URL and a standard jpg.
there's literally no way this was accidentally flagged as spam or ads
and the fact they site name is explicitly named after her and the content it has makes it even more proof that Ublock implemented these URLs into its DEFAULT settings
also based on the site's own admission, it was recently created just within the last 1-2 months so that makes it even more suspicious that it's already been implemented into the default filters
and by the way, yes this is the offical Ublock Origin, not the spinoff that wasn't maintained by the original creator (and his supposed beliefs)
>wanting to see that whore nude
For what purpose other than "muh free press muhfugga"
>>60336292
nice ad-hominem
>>60336281
Send a link, let me test adBlock.
>that reddit spacing
Have you even checked the filter lists that you have? Why would they ever block something like that? You're probably AdBlock dev wanting to shill for your shitty extension
>guy does x for free
>people expect him to do so as a robot who will not inject his political views into anything
WEWLAD
>>60336343
jewblock knowingly and openly admits to allowing people to pay them to surpass their blocks
this is about ublock which was supposed to have no out-side influence and simply just block ads
>>60336357
>its free so censorship shouldnt be questioned
>>60336281
>also based on the site's own admission, it was recently created just within the last 1-2 months so that makes it even more suspicious that it's already been implemented into the default filters
That doesn't even make sense. The filters update very often, in fact the default EasyList filter's last update was today.
>>60336281
kys
It's a rule from EasyList.
this one: ##[href^="http://join3.bannedsextapes.com/track/"]
>>60336353
they're standard blocks
also this website and those URL strings and pics were just uploaded and created 1-2 months ago
not years, and there's literally no reason anyone would go to this website and then block the pics, which are the very reason the website exists
now, clearly if Jlaw's layers did a quick google search for "jlaw nudes" this is the first result because the URL is exactly what you searched for and its so new that not even Google has had time to "conveniently censor it from results just like 4chan and pics of clothed models it deems inappropriate"
so that means someone contacted Ublock in the form of a DMCA or other type of way to have them implant the pics
and not that it would excuse it, but if the website was from 3-4 years ago when these leaks occurred i would have less suspicion (probably not because its censorship eitherway) but this is still bullshit
also its worth noting that yes, when you click on the images it takes you to a porn-like site about celeb leaks, however you can still open the full image in a tab to view it, most clickbait sites wont do that, it'll be small thumbnails or maybe just 1-2 pics clickable and then the rest take you to the join page
also when you disable Ublock on that page then engage the "manual seleciton tool" and click one of the pics there is nothing in the coding indicating a hijacked link or redirection string which most shitty porn sites have, its literally just the image URL with a || at the front
this is straight up censorship
>>60336461
4chan deleted the url
pic related
>>60336461
see this
when you disable Ublock and open the highlight tool to select areas on the page to block, after you click on any of the pics, there is nothing in the string code that has that in it, its just "jennerferlawrencenudes.com/blahblah.jpg"
>>60336281
It's not ublock censoring its the filter list doing that.
>>60336281
>i just went to jenniferlawrencenudes website and noticed that when the site loaded i could see an image at the bottom for a split second then it disappeared.
>i scrolled down and noticed it was all just text

maybe because they just false red flag as an add
or the images were latent with scripts
>>60336375
>censorship

are you 12?

there should be a way that it can block the hyperlink without the actual image, Ublock sees the direct URL to the image (not even the browser will see that when you hover) which means it should be able to still show the image in that place
the image is there, ublock knows it and sees it but blocking the hyperlink also blocks the image
the fact both are visible in full strings and not some autistic websites where they break up the url's so you cant actually access anything directly by URL means it should be possible
at the very least I should be able to manually do that but it doesnt work
>>60336561
as i explained here >>60336592
Ublock can clearly differentiate the actual image from the scripts
so that doesnt work, atleast not on this site.
for other sites which you use the inspect tool and the entire html is broken up into jewish parts so you cant actually find a direct URL to any image, maybe i would understand, but ublock displays the full URL for this particular site
>>60336592
just add "no-cosmetic-filtering: jenniferlawrencenude.net true" to your rules
>>60336650
what exactly is that rule?
is there a way to implement that globally for all images that may be hyperlinked?
>>60336669
>what exactly is that rule?
yourfavoritesearchengine it
>is there a way to implement that globally for all images that may be hyperlinked?
you don't want this
>>60336281
>there's literally no way this was accidentally flagged as spam or ads
Why? Anyone can literally right click something and suggest it for the spam filter.
Gorhill does not maintain easylist or any of the other lists go complain to them you dumb homo
Shitty domains like that are used to spread malware. They probably have some nudes.zip.exe there ready for you.
>>60336375
>jewblock knowingly and openly admits to allowing people to pay them to surpass their blocks
And if you're not a complete retard you can disable that behavior with a single checkbox, you glorious winged faggot.
>>60338074
this is literally why people abandoned ABP for it

Fucking reddit niggers that don't have the slightest idea of how uBlock works
>>60338697
You're fucking stupid for calling it that
>>60338763
but it absolutely is reddit-spacing.
>>60338763
I don't know how reddit spaces things, but I do agree starting a new paragraph after every sentence is a bit excessive and evidence of bad style.
>>60336281
ublock can be a pain in the arse and blocks actual stuff you're looking for because it's a storefront. I'm always looking around for stuff to buy online and ublock tries to stop me navigating.
>>60336281
Time to remove that shit then, that's all we need, more sjw shit.
Going to remove it on chrome and firefox. Think I've got it on opera too.
>>60339048
Use a different browser when shopping online, ublock is only doing what it's supposed to.
>ublock tries to stop me navigating.
ublock tries to stop you from being tracked.
>>60339449
He could subscribe only to the lists he wants instead of picking the entirety of the tinfoil ones
Or just disable uBlock on shitty sites that need tracking JS to display text
>>60339545
Adblock plus didn't filter content so severely.
>>60339449
I use opera because it's got a vpn built in, but tab management has issues.
Firefox and chrome are my two browsers. Chrome because youtube is gimped on FF.
Using a different browser just for looking up prices on products doesn't really make sense, why wouldn't I just use the two browsers I feel comfortable with and change the addon.
>>60340103
ABP USES the SAME LISTS, you DENSE CUNT
>>60340117
Fuck off prick. What a complete twat coming out splurging like that just because I shared my experiences with the shit.
This board is reddit tier, with echo chamber ass kissing.
