maybe the DVI port isnt working have you tried connecting the monitor to each of the ports to see if it isnt fucked, if its working then try to uninstall the drivers and reinstall everything again

try disconnecting the monitor that works and only connect the second one to the other port
that way you will see if the output is fucked or if your card just doesn't want to play ball

Are you using VGA at all?
Because DVI-D wont work with VGA adapters but DVI-I will.

90% of the time the issue is the user. Also why HDMI is a thing and DVI is dead, HDMI is less confusing for the kind of person who doesn't know the difference between dvi-i and dvi-d.

I got same problem for me the reason is that converter that doesn't convert one of the signal, maybe the one for audio? so it just break the transmission even though my screen isn't using audio.

Your GPU has a single DVI-D port and a DVI-I port

VGA is an analog signal, DVI-D is digital, while DVI-I is analog. Without an active converter box, you MUST use DVI-I when using a VGA adapter like you have.

DVI-D has more bandwidth and is more similar to HDMI, while DVI-I has less bandwidth and is more like VGA.
