So I started working on IT and a HP ProOne 400 G1 AIO came in saying that it entered a never ending restart cicle , after opening it up i found the problem but im completely lost in how to fix it. Can /g/ help me out?

Is there any type of code or info to identify the blown cap? You might be able to find a schematic type thing if you Google hard enough.

In the hardware guide it doesn't even mention that part it self and im now checking the maintenance guide.
