>he doesn't host his own smtp server
explain why you're okay with being spied on by jews.

My ISP doesn't allow outbound connections to port 25.
>>60302611
Because I'd prefer them reading them than Sergei fucking up my life.
Running a mail server is *actually* for autists.
Good luck getting your mail accepted by anyone else. Running your own outbound mail relay is easily one of the most difficult and frustrating things you can do. On a residential connection forget about it.

You can tunnel your IP through an external VPS if you really want to host your own mail in your home.
>>60302681
I agree, but I eventually got it working. You need to setup PTR, DKIM, DMARC and SPF. Once you have all those things set up, your mail should be accepted by most servers (I tested Gmail and my school's Exchange instance and both work).

>Using email for anything secure
>>60302611
Because if i did that the jews would kick me out of the good goy club and send me to the back of the bus where i can't talk to anyone except other uncleans.

>what is colocation
>what is port 587 for
>>60303889
I set all that up once for a website, but I could never get yahoo to work.
>>60303964
ISPs block 587 too unless you've got a business plan.
And nobody is gonna fucking colocate a server to get an inbox full of viagra ads.
I have my own email server but it's on a VPS does that count?
Decent email server packages on Linux? Been wanting to do this for a while.

>Getting through all the hassle to get it set all up so it doesn't get rejected from virtually all mail providers.
>Meanwhile you could use custom domains on Gmal or ZOHO for free
>99% of your emails get spied anyway, since no recipients of yours runs their own mail server.
>for the remaining 1% you can use PGP and you don't have to host your own mail server for that
Yeah I just give 1€/mo to posteo, fuck that shit man
>>60306846
Yes

>99% of your emails get spied anyway, since no recipients of yours runs their own mail server.
This is what most "muh email privacy" types don't realise; it doesn't matter how secure your storage of your emails is, there's always the other end, and you never have any idea how secure that is.
>>60306905
Yeah I looked into setting up on my VPS and it didn't seem worth it at all. Used zoho instead.
