Not really. I still suspect the SSD is better on Macbook for one thing. It's probably a less shitty version of a lower priced macbook hardware wise overall, however it still runs Windows.

I'd probably still take the Macbook Air because the trackpads on those are legendary and worth the performance drop imo.
