3*300mm wafers ~= 210k mm^2.

An HMB2 die is ~90mm^2, not 1.6mm^2.

Yup, even if you take into account that both mounting yields, TSV yields and interposer yields and even DRAM yields are abysmal case 40% that's still not even 2% of Hynix's total output.

So yeah, the supply issue makes no sense.
