I tried it and immediately hated it, its a great way to lose track of the discussion and threads become really disjointed, dont know how reddit can use such a system

New reply to an old post, goes into the threaded portion, doesnt appear on the bottom, an active thread will have multiple seperate threaded portions updating and its a mess. Compared to the normal method where its orderly and all updating from the bottom, easily able to follow the flow of conversation and not lose track.

Even better with 4chanx, where you can inline a reply, and hover over each quote and see what they're saying, and follow threads that way its much easier, you dont lose track of whats happening in the moment, you can scroll down and keep up, inlined threads are neat and tidy and can be closed once a line of discussion or image sequence is over, and move on to the next post, not missing a reply to older posts because its posted at the bottom always.

Anything else is retarded, and making it harder on yourself, not to mention inefficient, even clicking multiple replies for a post is inefficient, thank god for hover over reply function.
