Either use your windows installation disk or an USB windows repair disk to repair your installation.
Or just wipe clean and do a fresh install.

I tried but if I start my pc this is the first thing I see. I can't install it

if you have access to the bios theb you should be able to configure the bootload. make sure that usb is in first place, and/or cd if youv'e got a windows cd, and try repairing your system from there
