I don't know where the lighting seems to have gone. It doesn't appear to happen anywhere else in the video. Could be a bug.

Na, it does appear in other places. Just more subtle.
It seems to have extra radiosity(light bouncing) in some places. But yeah, most places are identical.
But in this one there is the extra red light bouncing which lights it more naturally.
And there are more shadows. Like there is a shadow at the top of that security gate's pillars while 1060 has no such corner-shadowing.

For the 1060, the thing on the ground is also oddly uniformly lit and bright. It looks like that's from it missing some extra shadows similar to the ones missing on the security gate. It seems there's a light shadow over that object for the RX580.

hm though looking at it more, that bottom left of the railing where it meets the ground looks so different on the RX580. It looks like a darker texture on the 1060 and it meets the ground more naturally on the 1060.
There's quite a lot of small differences there.
