if there is nothing printed
create user

useradd -m yourusername

set your password

passwd yourusername

You are not using linux. Shitty port of gnu tools without actual linux kernel doesn't deserve to be called linux.

Try to 'groupadd' whatever you blanked out that was expected after creating the user and run the whole command that returned error code 6.

Are you on an old version of Windows?
Installing bash on Windows after the creators update doesn't look like that at all.
