Does 4chan block every main VPN or proxy service?
Assuming 4chan were to be blocked in my country, would there be any way to circumvent it by using one of these services?

get a VPS in the netherlands or something and run your own.

How difficult is that for someone with no experience in network administration or /g/ related shit in general?

Do you know how to Google and follow instructions?

Alright.
If I'm not mistaken, a VPS is basically buying a private internet connection in another country.
How come 4chan doesn't rangeban those service providers by default?

VPS is a virtual private server. Basically, you're renting a VM on some server somewhere. You can run anything you want on it (provided it isn't too demanding).
I run my website on a Linode VPS (US based), I also host a mumble server and a handful of other services on one.
4chan doesn't rangeban those services because they aren't primarily used for VPN, and there's so many different providers it would be nearly impossible to keep track of them all.

I see, thanks for the clarification.
>you're renting a VM on some server
So the idea is to reroute my traffic through that VM (using something like SSH? or is that completely different), then connect to the Internet from it?

You can use VPN to route all traffic, or you could use ssh tunneling to route specific ports.
VPN + 4chan pass should work, no? Since the pass lets one bypass country/range bans.
