i have the shadow rock lp, and I'm pretty happy about it. Really silent, but the installation is a pain. I don't OC though , got it to silence the oem cooler in new games.

What proc and tdp ?
LP coolers don't work well with 95w+ tdp procs during load. SFF case airflow affects as well.
