this looks fucking awful. every iteration just gets worse and worse, it's like they want to obfuscate the few useful bits of information still left on the page as much as possible. no seperators between info boxes, all text is now the same color with no easy visual seperation, the views/likes/subscribe shit is all pointlessly moved around and made less obvious, this is fucking cancer. Video responses, tags. Videos from the same subscription right there, instead of having to visit their page. They could have this design with widescreen videos, make some buttons a little bit less dated and have the exact same features, and god damn it I really doubt they'd lose anything.

This is made for tablets and TVs in mind while completely ignoring normal PC users. Too big fonts, cannot read the full descriptions anymore. Contrast that hurts the eyes with the white mode.

The design was made for Android, where it's more appropriate. But it's pretty so they're trying to put it everywhere. It would be fine if they just kept some of the design choices that made it pretty but adapted it to increase information density on the desktop.
