at the top you have to be a yes man else you get fired

the working people actually have good ideas but the bosses have their conceitee uneducated (relatively-speaking) heads up their own arses

and those bosses feed uneducated, ignorant ideas that appeal to the emotions of those higher than them. The whole thing is rather insulated

Because big companies are directed by humans, and humans aren't perfect. Even the creations from humans have fails, so our only hope for a perfect word and future is the artificial intelligence.
