Why do big companies make mistakes even though they have so much money?

One isn't necessarily an indicator of the other.

More money = more management = more massive gaps for stupid shit to fall into.
>>
>>60185307
More money means they often give funding to stupid shit and will not research their decisions.

A good example is the f35 program.
Lotta money thrown around without good results.
Although the f35 is basically fixed now, they dropped 450 billion

at the top you have to be a yes man else you get fired

the working people actually have good ideas but the bosses have their conceitee uneducated (relatively-speaking) heads up their own arses

and those bosses feed uneducated, ignorant ideas that appeal to the emotions of those higher than them. The whole thing is rather insulated

Because big companies are directed by humans, and humans aren't perfect. Even the creations from humans have fails, so our only hope for a perfect word and future is the artificial intelligence.

If it's a big company where only the top 10% are making all the money + have no clue how the bottom half of their company works, well, then there's your answer.

ai is created by humans

you just contradicted yourself, learn to logic

“Critical to Apple’s success in design is the way Jobs brought focus and discipline to the product teams,” Norman says. “[Jobs] had a single, cohesive image of the final product and would not allow any deviation, no matter how promising a new proposed feature appeared to be, no matter how much the team complained. Other companies are more democratic, listening to everyone’s opinions, and the result is bloat and a lack of cohesion.”

The F35 isn't the best example, since a good portion of its budget is actually going towards assorted "black" projects. Now, Microsoft buying Nokia's phone operations for billions, then doing jack shit with it would be something to talk about.

I support this

Easy.
More people - > more dumb people
Big group - > shitty communication
More R&D money - > bigger safety net

Almost every corporation reaches a point where it can throw shit around from time to time and see what sticks without risking significant profit lose.
