I have a little ottoman under my desk upon which I rest my calves, or I'll sometimes tuck a foot under the other leg.

>tfw can't afford computer chair
>tfw using an old plastic folding chair that is too short for me
>>60183975
I do this but now I am 25 and damaged and old. My legs either fall asleep these days or eventually my knees start hurting and even standing hurts because everything is so stiff.
Man.. I am only 25 and I still sit like this. It can only get worse :/ I probably can't sit like this in the future unless I get weekly cardio.
This is what happens when you legpress 300k+ too early. My back is also fucked up because of a bodybuilding mistake during deadlift. After that mistake I couldnt walk all night and had to piss in bottles. Now it still hurts, I heard about the spine fixing itself and I am still young enough to gain flexibilty so I flex my spine a lot, hoping that someday it will all have slowly slid into place.
>>60186120
More, I also fucked up my ears by listening to loud music for years. I live with a constant extra noise that can dominate all noises, a high pitch. Atleast I don't need hearing aid.
>>60186157
I also have flat feet and trying to fix inward ankles from being overweight is a hard habit at this age.
>>60186177
Look on the bright side: you won't get drafted when there's another world war.

When this was drawn the artist was just joking, but the technology to actually get a setup like this is here and getting very affordable.
>>60186120

Same here, except it's because I'm a massive poorfag.
Hey, is there any point for a computer chair to have a headrest if you're sitting straight anyway?
>>60184874
Enjoy your down syndrome. Retard.
>>60183975
I sit 120 degrees sitting on my comfy la-z-boy.
Sitting 90 degrees looking on a monitor for long hours puts alot of pressure on the discs of your spine desu.

Don't stop working out man, but focus on using perfect form on EVERY exercise, EVERY rep.
Use only light to low medium weights until things start getting better, and dont go anywhere near failure on anything.
I fucked up my back too when I started at around 20 years old. It was so bad I couldn't get my leg far enough foreward from a standing position to even walk without it hurting.
Litterally sweated myself to sleep every night from the pain.
Stopped working out completely after awhile, and it didn't help at all. after a year of doing nothing training wise, I started again..
But this time I started light and did only as I reccomended before. Took months, but it gradually got better.
I am 28 now, it isn't near being like before I hurt myself and probably never will. But as long as I stay away from the heavy weights atleast I'm functional and more or less pain free most of the time.
I just focus om keeping the strength I have and staying healthy.
You have to give up trying to be the biggest and strongest you can be, there is just no way around it. But don't stop training.
>>60192375
Also I might add, stay away from machines and only use freeweights. Just remember..
LIGHT AND PERFECT FORM.
>>60183975

>>60183975

>>60183975
i don't sit in a chair. i sit on my bed with my back up against the wall with my laptop
i always have an urge to slouch or put my feet up on the desk when i use a chair
>>60192734
that would be uncomfortable. you have to lift your arms up to type
sedentary behavior is ungodly.

>>60192018
Is this actually a medical condition (her face) or is she just unfortunate?
