That's been a thing for a while now and it fucking blows. There's a huge performance penalty for doing it and in most cases only a single cpu thread can be used.

What needs to happen instead is AMD make mobile SoCs for phones and tablets so they can run full version of windows. intel just can't fucking do it, either they have horrid performance [atom] or sky-high prices[core-m].
