The video streaming already works, so suggesting that they just have "idea guys and a logo" is completely inaccurate. They need programmers to add the features everyone expects, work out bugs, and make everything work as efficiently as possible. I'd say they're putting a particular emphasis on efficiency, since I doubt they'll be able to pay for a lot of network bandwidth and server hardware.
