Your only real options are use a VPN, proxy through a VPS, or spoof another user's creds & MAC address.

If you run a system like they appear to be, you can get awfully restrictive really quickly.

Host router with cloned mac from a spoofed mac from a personal device, either use a wired hub or wireless hub. Use a site-to-site VPN with a router to tunnel your traffic to a remote VPS with a VPN service installed or paid VPN service.
