/g/ bunsenlabs linux is secure? Is a good choice to start in the linux world?
Based off of Debian so it should be relatively safe. I would say it should be fine to get your feet wet.
Sure. It's just Debian with Open box

bunsen labs is a pre configured debian jesssie which like ALL debian stable is pretty old but rock solid stable.
Real security comes from the user not the system, the system can help of course but in this case I would argue for you to go with Fedora as is more recent and more user friendly than a pre configured minimalistic distro
No, it is not secure because it has systemd. If you'd like, I can make a magnet link for Crunchbang 11.

Noice, ty guys. One thing more. Where i can find a good firewall (graphics how open windows automatically ask me to choice if i want enable or disable each connection like eset firewall interactive mode in windows)

I would appreciate it very much!
Tell me more about this systemd. With my quick search this seems to be good.

I found a download link, so I'll hold off making a magnet until it disappears from servers.

(pick amd64 if you don't know which one you need)
Basically, it is updated so frequently that it cannot be audited before the next release. It also goes against the UNIX philosophy of doing one thing and doing it well. It's a thinly veiled subversion attempt at Linux distributions, as GNU/Linux is the last well-populated operating system that is still relatively secure.

Noice. ty sr.

Also:
Crunchbang have updates yet? I can use apt?
>>60153526
Crunchbang 11 was the last version before Crunchbang++/Bunsen took over. Both use systemd which means they are not true to the Crunchbang spirit. Yes, you can use APT.

Noice.

You won't. But gufw works OK.
