I want to make my own internet.

Well, maybe not technically an internet, but a server for content to be delivered through a browser to anyone who has a wifi connection and a password, like ebooks and instructional videos and shit, for if there is no internet, or for use in the inevitable impending zombie apocalypse. I'll be using a raspberry pi to achieve this.

I probably just don't know what to google, but I couldn't find what I'm looking for. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Also, what you're looking for is literally a normal comupter network, Internet is the same thing, only large-scale.

just install apache server put, all your files into /var/www/ (or /var/www/html, I don't remember) without index.html and use .htaccess to protect it with password
