To be honest 8K is not really something many look for, they probably add support for 8k in the next GPU release.

My network can keep up with it but even at 4k/60 my i5-3570k is pinned to 100%. It hitches a bit every now and then. 8K is unwatchable.

Had to use Edge because Chrome was stuttering a lot.
Even with a 4690k without OC - the video was playing smooth.
