Are you running Intel? There are no drivers for it. Just install the chipset .inf files.

It's Intel management engine, usually needs .NET installed before it will install correctly.

do you have the driver disk for your motherboard? pop it in and try to install intel management engine from the drivers. If it fails it will tell you why(like missing .NET and where to get it). Otherwise go to your manufacturers website, look up your model and download it from there.

This may also work, it's not as good as manufacturer drivers, but it detects missing Intel drivers and installs Intel's generic driver. Worth a shot, good luck.

the faulty warning has gone from device manager so it may have worked just reinstalling gpu drivers to be sure
