How would you go about creating a sort of booking/reservation/rental CRUD web app like this? As in which stacks to use? MEAN? .NET MVC? Django? RaR? I am limited on a month of time, am not that great at any languages except for basic html/css/js and need to create something decent of that sort.
Editing a record (vehicle) from the main screen previously listed.

Adding a new one, etc.
Secondary features (but unnecessary) would be generating invoices such as this with something like PDFsharp or similar software.

i'd use ruby on rails personally but it's the only web shit i have any experience with
there's the js meme too which might suit if it's a language you're pretty comfortable with (using nodejs and one of the flavour of the month web frameworks)

there must be some hungry russian hacker in Litva to help you with this

RoR would have no problem with a bigger CRUD app? What's a recommended database with it?
literally anything with a good library for dbs
django, flask, rails come to mind if you're wanting to keep it fast and easy to fix
