I like my Silverstone Raven RV05. Has a 90 degree rotated motherboard with IO on the top of the case. Jewishly patented excellent airflow. Whole bottom is 2x180mm fans, whole top is vent. Never reach behind a case ever again.
Silverstone also have some nice modern mini-itx and htpc cases, but they are expensive as all fuck for what you get.
