Don't know if these kind of threads are allowed but I'll give it a shot.
My 10-year-old LaserJet P2015d has conked out. What's a good equivalent printer to get today to replace it with?
I'm just looking for a good utilitarian monochrome laser printer. Simplex printing is fine. Wireless would be nice. Any recommendations?

Try a Brother, most new come with a full cartridge of toner or ink compared to the half full bullshit that comes with HP and have always been super reliable for me. Look for whatever suits your budget. HP is always the worst so you cant really screw up going to any other brand.

Light use, Brother all day long. Low toner costs and generally reliable with some of the best (functional) drivers I have used ever.
