Got an old Tekken Tag Tournament machine (pic isn't mine, but similar). One of the speakers isn't working, it's probably blown out. Is there any way to fix it? Do I have to replace the entire speaker?

You only can say what's broken if you remove the speaker cover and take a look at the speaker. Maybe it's just a loose or broken cable.

How much did you pay, what's the story? Replacing a speaker is nothing, you're lucky.

I paid $300. It works perfectly, except for the speaker, and 1 button that's kinda jiggly.

You might be able to use a car speaker. Sick deal even with the speakers.

Just get a cheapo 8ohm car speaker and replace it. The one in there is likely over 10 years old at this point.

No one's going to ship this beast of a machine across the world.
Arcade machines are worthless if there's no one to buy them.
