Somehow broke my mic installing Realtek drivers.
After installing them I was playing CSGO, switched my sound options in game and my mic started transmitting static (It was working before)
Now I can't get my mic to pick up anything, I can only transmit static if I boost it enough.
I've reinstalled the drivers a bunch of times, uninstalled them completely, I've uninstalled my mic in device manager and tried letting it automatically reinstall when I plug it in. My mic is just not working, the green bar in 'recording devices' doesn't show any signs of life.
Completely out of ideas, any got a clue??

Hey dude, i had problem with realtek ethernet drivers so it might be similar. I started installing them on fresh system and during instalation something crashed. After that my pc wouldnt detect my network card even after i reinstalled system. What helped was reseting bios. Try that.
