Easiest, straightforward method--keep it in an external drive and name it some inconspicuous. Store it away somewhere random where no one would think to find it. If someone asks, say you keep your personal finances on it, even better if you put some dummy files on it. When done with said porn, remove drive and store. That way, there's no accidents when someone tries to save anything on your computer, if for whatever reason, someone happens upon your computer.

microSDHC chips. I've got about 20 128 & 200 GB (w/ a couple 64 GB) in a matchbox in the back of a drawer. They aren't all full, but the capacity is there, with different categories on different chips. Used to keep it on a bunch of 16, 32 & 64 GB flash drives, but the microSDHC chips are superior. 20 of them take up less room than a single flash drive.

Never copy to your system HDD or SSD. Just plug a card into a reader and play directly from a USB port. Bonus, you can also play direct on your TV with supported formats.

Also, I know how to clear my Recent Accessed Files, including the hidden directories for the user profile.

Someone would have to have an extreme need to investigate me to find any trace with a search. If I was worried about the legality of the content, I could also store in encrypted volumes using an exotic filesystem. Most anyone that tried to access the chips would get "This is corrupted or not formatted: format now?" query. At that point they ignore it or format. Someone would have to have a very serious reason to do forensics on it.
