Is it somewhat safe to overclock nonk cpu by BCLK to 105mhz?

Also. how long i should turture cpu in prime95?

Prime95 is stupid, there's no realistic scenario that compares to a prime 95 test.
Use Aida 64, 2 hours max.

I have the z170 motherboard and an i3 6100 processor. I was able to overclock the GPU by BCLK from 3.7ghz to 4.3ghz stable.

You're getting on the edge past 104. I killed a hdd on my old bclk of 105.2.
that 100mhz isn't doing much if any in the real world anyways
My biggest problem with bclk on p state oc wasn't lack of vcore at 100%, it was not enough at low load and whea errors. llc 25% +.010 offset and all spread specrtum off let me get 100% stable at 1.2v or less. even on sandy your vcore should be under 1.3. What settings are you using? Might get better scores at lower voltage.
