There's nothing wrong with the Evo 212. It has standard performance for a tower cooler of its size.

It isn't flashy but it is quite affordable and fits almost every motherboard and socket in the mainstream market. It outperforms the stock HSF.

I think the OP just has a fetish for LED bling-bling BS.

You need larger and more expensive tower-coolers to get lower noise and/or higher performance. It is just simple physics.
