Why OOP meme even exist?

Do you really expect an answer here?
it makes people write code that is very clear, self explanatory and not too convoluted.
companies like that because it makes you easier to replace

What? It certainly isn't what OOP does.
But the 2nd sentence is mostly right.
It makes it slightly easier for companies to distribute work to the least skilled workers they can find.
Which they like to do
Because it makes code more maintainable than the mountain of spaghetti code you produce. If you work by yourself this is your problem. If you want to work with others it's their problem too which is why companies mostly use OOP structures

Every existing abstract concept is technically a meme, isn't it?
>Do you really expect an answer here?
Actually, no. I don't come to 4chat for serious conversations at all. But it would be nice if i'll get one.

Isn't "spagettiness" of code depends on codestyle agreement such as PEP8? Is developing such guidelines for procedural paradigm any harder than doing that in OOP?
OOP allows people to reason about code easier by allowing them to think of code as independent units interacting with each other.
