Cleanliness?

I mostly want a custom ROM so I can maybe have less non-needed features and apps enabled. Greatest thing if I can remove as much google apps as possible.

I tend to run Linux on my PC:s but even if I get a laptop to use with windows, I always wipe the original installation.
