Why do so many people want to see Intel fail when everyone kept

There are only two real competitors in the consumer field and they're both megacorps. It's the consumer who suffers.

Because they probably had sky lake tier performance when sandy bridge was out but let it sit in the shelves to get 5 times the profit over 5 years.
