How often may a woman follow "ethical jewellery"? What do you think? Does women really concern about Sierre Leone or Congo's child miner slaves?

Every woman is a bit of an ancap inside.
The public will always associate "lab created" diamonds with cheap and fake, even though they're physically identical. Marketing always wins over reason. The day that people, especially women who want engagement rings, wise up will be the day that diamonds aren't such a big deal because "it's just shiny carbon". I'm saying it will never happen.

You're also forgetting that people are willing to pay extra because it's a naturally formed diamond and not a piece of coal turned into a diamond in a lab
Better to buy lab diamonds. Cheaper, with the same molecular structure. Also, it is possible to create lab diamonds that have certain qualities that simply do not appear in nature, such as certain colors.
