>qbittorrent finally started giving me the "stalled" bug
>look into other torrent clients in /g/ archive
>everyone just complains about all of them
what the fuck am i supposed to do now? why can't there just be one decent torrent client?
>>59934941
rtorrent
>>59934941
uTorrent 2.2.1.
uTorrent 2.2.1 is the Windows 7 of torrent clients.

Tixati
>qt software
you get what you deserved lol
qbittorrent is the best choice OP.
Unless you do not mind using rtorrent or rtorrent + rutorrent.
>>59934941
Deluge is ok.
>>59935004
This. Does everything I want it to do.
>>59934967
that bad huh?

You are mentally deficient and you should kys. "Stalled" is a problem with the torrent itself you autistic sperglords. Besides, qbittorrent runs on a base libtorrent which is identical to most other open source software that does torrent so whoever thinks any other is more reliable at that is a stupid mongoloid.
>>59934941
There is one decent client, qbittorrent. Actually there is more, but not for windows plebs.
Stop using garbage trackers. I bet torrent that magically stalled for you was from tpb with 1 seed and 2 peers.
I still use qbt, I can't get over how good the rss support is.
>>59935025
Ok.
>>59935025
God you're a fucking mongoloid.
Half the people you were quoting basically said their option was ok. That's not asserting it's better.
Christ, I didn't know getting fucked in the arse by your father could cause serious brain damage. You're a lesson to us all mate.
>>59935039
kys. you have no idea how that software works. go post your "finding" to an actual coder of that kind of software and get your ass handed t o you.
>>59934941
Transmission.
>>59934941
The last time that happened to me I ended up fixing it by downgrading libtorrent, or something like that.
Ended up switching to deluge in the end though
>>59935047
> I changed the subject of the OP
kys
>>59934941
kys youreselve
>>59934941
deluge
>>59935052
Why don't you spend your time fixing it rather than denying the problem?
>>59935078
>>59935004
but everyone says deluge is bloated and takes like 1 GB of memory for no reason
>>59934941
If you have enough ram and run a lot of torrents (as in 1000+ on rotation, 50+ active simultaneously on a gigabit connection) Vuze scales great and has awesome queue management settings.
>>59934941
>"stalled" bug
it's not a bug, there would be no seeders for the torrent you're downloading
>>59935066
This. Transmission is the perfection itself, only a complete moron would hesitate on using a different client.
>>59935536
>he thinks that qB not connecting to any seeders means there are none
qB not connecting to peers is the issue. You can't use its failure to connect as proof that there's nothing there to connect to.
>>59934941
>2017
>stalled meme
/g/ is retard as fuck!
There is no such thing as a perfect torrent client, the same way there is no perfect OS or a perfect browser.
Literally everything has negatives. Except for QB, because it works on my machine :^)
>>59935659
underage pls go and stay go
Only torrent client that has yet to piss me off daily is Transmission.
Lets me download torrents without any stupid bullshit.

>>59935795
maybe he is forcing encryption which would heavily limit avaible connections.
>>59935025
eat shit sledgehammer you're a shit dev kys
>>59935815
Most clients have encryption enabled by default and they can all accept it, so even if he's both forcing outgoing and disabling incoming legacy it won't have much of an effect.
>>59935795
>maxing out your upload limit so you don't connect to anymore peers
>>59935983
It should connect up to the connection limit regardless.
>>59935995
>>59936017
Your client has a connection limit per torrent and global. It connects to peers based on that, not your upload limit.
>>59936035
That's not how it works.
>>59936035
Any sane client would not attempt new connections when it's already at speed limit.
>>59936087
Why would it not connect? Peers can drop out or choke at any point. If you're choked, you client sends out that it's choked. You don't disconnect.
