Is there any video editing software on Linux that's not garbage?
I'm not even trying to do complicated stuff, but openshot crashes every 5 minutes

My man, go for Adobe premiere CS5 and get your time back.
Kdenlive is trash too. I got a workable sideshow out of it, but I've ended up just cutting up videos elsewhere and then merging them together manually.

Blender.

Lmao, yeah but you need to do a University degree to figure out how to use it first.

I learned to edit videos in blender in like a day, but if op doesn't have time for that kdenlive is the way to go.

I second this. It has always done what I have needed.
