Basically everyone was fucking tired of the trashcan which was quite a mess, they were selling more iMacs and more macbook pros. It took a long time for them to realize "hey, maybe we should put something out there for people who want more than a fucking facebook machine".

I am -really- hoping that this doesn't mean they're going to make something new and just as terrible like a PC that looks like a fucking refrigerator or something.
