Thanks. It's easier than I thought it would be. I made it with a program called sweethome3d, I highly recommend it.

All the models are pre-made, with additional models avaliable for download from the website.

All I needed to do was to change the dimensions of the models (A desk in this example) to match the dimensions of the real product, and then apply the appropriate textures (which are also pre-made).

It's all free as in freedom so anyone can import their own models and textures too if they wish.

Sooner or later I am going to make my cable management much better.
I am going to tape a power strip under the bottom of the table, and running the wire on the leg.
And all the lose cables would go under the cable management mesh my table has.
How can I make the cables coming from the PC and monitors neat?

Also have some keycaps, and small decorations coming in.

I am also considering putting an extra monitor that I have on the wall behind these main ones.

Unfortunately no, I don't have the TV yet, sorry I forgot to mention that. That's one object I didn't set exact dimensions for because unlike other objects, I'm not too particular about it. I will just get the largest HD/UHD tv that will fit in the space comfortably, unless it's got really bad reviews.

I know being from /g/ I should care more about the specs, but I intend leave my pickiness for when I eventually move out, when hopefully I can have a proper home theater (a man can dream), or at least a lounge/living room with more space. By that time I should be able to get a better quality TV for cheaper too.

As for rendering, I've just used a program called 'sweethome3d'. By default the interface is split like this pic:

It's convenient. The left monitor is for messaging stuff, music, misc (opened files for references, etc.). The main monitor is my focus, writing papers, doing assignments, playing games, watching anime, etc. Right is for internet browser solely.
I guess if you don't want a dedicated monitor for internet browsing, then 2 would be okay. The problem for me is that I have no idea what I'd put on a 4th monitor, since everything is already covered. 3 seems like my sweet spot, but you may have more things to keep open that make 4 more attractive.

Currently I keep a browser open on each monitor, it's very comfy and comes in handy. I was thinking of putting one over my dual monitors for whatever task I would only be occasionally looking at (Like what you mentioned) and one would be in portrait mode to the left of my main dual monitors.

Multi-monitor is a meme period in 2017. Only reason it was good in it's day was as a cheap option to get a decent amount of screen real estate. Nowadays a single 4k offers as many pixels as four 1080p screens.

Honestly, I find even a single 2560x1440 screen to be enough for almost anything. It's quicker for me to switch virtual desktops than turn my head to another screen, and it's a much cleaner set up, with no bezels, less cables, etc.

Any IPS or AHVA panel with a VESA mount will do fine for portrait mode. Bonus if the stand let's you rotate it so you don't have to buy a stand.

You absolutely must avoid TN panels because they will look like absolute garbage, try looking at TN panel in normal landscape from the top or bottom to get an idea.

Well, the Allen Wrench holder is just bracket I made in AutoCAD and then printed, while the flush cutter holder is a model I downloaded from Thingiverse for my specific printer
It's incredible how many things you can do with a bit of CAD and 3d printing

It's built from various parts I got for cheap or even free along the years.

Out of it, the case, the DVD-RW drives, the HDD, RAM, CPU and GPU were free (R7 240 2GB and CPU is Pentium E5200 2.5GHz Wolfdale).

The only things I paid for were the motherboard and heatsink, the TV tuner (that green card under the GPU) and the PSU.

I have to say, it came out pretty okay. I'm not sure if I should get a Conroe-based E6550 (4M cache and 1333FSB) since it's 65nm as far as I remember. What do you think?

You should paint the inside of the case black. it would look 100% better. Make sure you sand it first, and do very thin coats.

It's a AVerMedia Super 009, Phillips SAA713x based. I have to say, it's a noticeable upgrade from the old Winfast tuner that I had. Better video quality and clear (near crystal) output, especially when used through the original Xbox.

If you find one then definitely get one. I know, it doesn't have DVB support since it's a analog card but it's worth getting it. x64 support, Media Center support, a very good PVR,it's all there.

You'll have to get it second hand though.

I was actually thinking of doing a matte gray. Also I don't have enough black paint to do it all.

Sure. It's not ideal, but it works.

You're likely to get mismatches in color calibration unless you calibrate them manually, but most people don't notice that. At work I have co-workers all around my whose monitors show purple instead of white... but they don't care at all.

I once had a glass desk. Then I moved, transported the plate (4'x1.5') with my shitty small car, hauled it three stories up and right when entering the hallway to my apartment I somehow put it right at the wrong spot down and it shattered. Cut my hands a bit (yes, safety glass can STILL cut you) and cleaning that shit up took me an hour or two. I really like your glass desk, but I will go for wood in the future. Exclusively.
