Getting really sick of how fucking shit Linux is.
Started using my arch XFCE setup again, noticed that 95% of programs keep opening on the WRONG monitor. I have a monitor set as primary, but it ignores it.
Fuck that, removed XFCE, got KDE 5.9
Literally almost the same problem. Its a bit better, a tiny bit. But still most programs keep opening on the wrong monitor.
I'm sick of arch and im sick of techincal issues and trying to get things to work

Debian stable if you want stability at the expense of having the latest packages/kernel. Or Debian stretch if you want good enough stability and the latest stuff. So stable for servers, stretch for desktops/laptops.
For the DE/WM, use Openbox if you have less than 2GB of RAM. If you have 3GB+ then MATE is the best DE. Just configure it with one panel at the top and you have yourself a non-shit version of XFCE.
