OP is literal retard LOIC is not a DDOS tool but a stress tester and super easy to block. The reason it is not considered a DDOS tool is because

1) everyone knows it so everyone can block it

2) it is only effective if it is unblocked, and it is only going to be unblocked if you are stress testing your website.
