I removed all gapps ( services and play store inculded).
Do i have to remove these too, or will they break the os?

I din't really use googlel apps anyway, they are a waste to me

You didn't really do much as the main tracking is part of these services.
Flash any decent ROM for your device but without gapps, you can keep a pico or nano package on the device in case you need it and use f-droid for apps.

If you remove certain gapps parts you'll break your GPS. Look for the alternatives on FDroid before removing everything.

Just remove 'em. Worked for me when I tried it (on android 4.4, maybe something's changed.)
