Is it possible to have a Telegram account without a phone number?
Can't get Google Voice because I am not amerifat, any similar way that actually works?
If not, is it possible to use a bot as an actual account someway? Can't program them myself

The point was avoiding to use any of my numbers. I have already an account with my phone that I use for friends and such, but I wanted to make another one that shouldn't be recognized as mine as long I don't tell them. Kinda like an anonymous public account

I found @LimitatiBot
It's an Italian bot that lets you use a bot you made to reply and send messages. It also works in groups with inline mode but it's not always very stable... wish I could have found better but it's something.
