There are apps that track your sleep, record you while you sleep and analyze how much you actually sleep and when.
This can then be used to optimize your sleep behaviour.

So turned on the ultra battery saving mode in the Xcover. Disabled mobile data and so on. It even promises only under 5 days of battery life, but we'll see.

The comparison to the dumbphone is going to be unfair though, the SIM card in the Samsung is not my main. There'll maybe a call or two a week, a message every now and then. It also has less functionality than the dumbphone now unless I change the mode (the camera app seems to be disabled, for example). But it'll give me an idea.
