Turn off all optimisations.
Use the same version of the compiler.
Prevent the compiler from accessing /dev/random and /dev/urandom.

What's the point of compiling your own code, if it's just going to give you the same result?
I thought the whole point of compiling yourself was to make machine specific binaries, or to add/remove features that you do or don't want.
