Fixing neighbor's computer, she's like, sixty and doesn't know jack about computers, it got loaded with bloatware and I want to make sure I'm not crawling up this thing's asshole again in a few months.
I was going to install NOD32 but again, old lady that doesn't know shit about computers. What antimalware tool is the most idiot-proof?

I did call center work that was 50% people with computers like this. The time you'll spend trying to clean it isn't worth it. You can spend hours, and still end up with a broken windows install.
Just backup her shit, format and reinstall. Takes a couple of hours at most.

Do this ^
Also Bitdefender is pretty idiot proof. Just use 10 min mail to make an account.
Deep freeze
"When Deep Freeze is in a Frozen state, any changes made to the computer are reversed on a reboot each time! When Deep Freeze is in a Thawed state, changes made to the computer, such as installing a new program or system updates are retained even after a reboot. Deep Freeze must be in a Frozen state for it to be protected."
When she fucks it up, just tell her to reboot.
