Make a separate partition and deploy windows on it.
Also, learn to bootloader managment

Use KVM instead. Way faster.
Remember to set disk to SATA and graphics to the one that works (I forget which one. google) before installation.
Then you need the drivers or whatever from redhat after installing. But totally worth it.
