Yes, but usually there is reason to be worried because the people that support them would look at them differently. Also bad if they work with or are a mentor to youth. The Blackmailer has to be smart though. If they want something out of it, they have to gauge the situation and only push the blackmailee as far as they are willing to go before they say "fuck it".
