If I reinstall my graphics card driver, crashes go away for about 2 weeks then return. A clean removal and install again and it's fine for another two weeks.

What kind of shit causes this?

Boot has no effect, it doesn't seem to be related to temperature, power or load, watching videos / playing games slowly starts causing display errors and then display driver crashes recovering or requiring reboot.

Literally if I now do a clean uninstall via driversweeper and then reinstall the driver it's fine for another two weeks.
