Assuming you have no schooling for programming what is the best way to get employers to look at your have a chance at getting hired setting up a GitHub and working on projects?
working on projects; big ones. Talk about why you did X instead of Y and what you learned in the process. That's what I did and now a year later I'm a senior algorithm engineer training newfriends. Github is basic shit, you should have it setup anyways.
